Initial assessment, on-going session rates,  

any groups & LCSWA supervision rates.

*We accept private pay and the following insurances only:

 Blue Cross Blue Shield & Aetna

*Please be advised that we DO NOT accept Medicaid or Medicare based policies even if they are affiliated with commercial plans, as we are not established providers in those networks.   

* All payments for service is due at the beginning of each session. 

Forms of payment accepted are cash, credit/debit card and HSA accounts.   ​​

Please do not assume that you can not afford services.
